Ivory Coast 2-2 Ghana, Cairo International Stadium

Youssouf Dao opened the scoring for Ivory Coast. Yaw Yeboah equalized for Ghana. Youssouf Dao completed his brace and Ivory Coast took the lead again. Evans Mensah levelled matters for Ghana. Ivory Coast won 3-2 on penalties and booked their final spot.

Egypt 3-0 South Africa, Cairo International Stadium

Ramadan Sobhi opened the scoring for Egypt throughout penalty spot. Abdel Magdy increased the lead for Egypt. Abdel Magdy completed his brace and also sealed the win for Egypt.
