Orlando Pirates confirmed that Oupa Manyisa has joined Mamelodi Sundowns on a three year deal.

13 August 2017
Oupa Manyisa played his first match for Mamelodi Sundowns in a MTN 8 Quarter Final match against Maritzburg United at Lucas Moripe Stadium. Manyisa did not start that match however, he came in as a sub replacing Sibusiso Vilakazi. The Team Of Choice won that cup fixture by 1-0 against the host courtesy of Evans Rusikse’s strike.

19 August 2017
Oupa Manyisa made his first start for Mamelodi Sundowns at Lucas Moripe Stadium in an ABSA Premiership against SuperSport United. The host won that match by 2-0 courtesy of Hlompho Kekana and Themba Zwane’s strikes.

6 January 2018
Oupa Manyisa scored his first goal for Mamelodi Sundowns in an ABSA Premiership match against Polokwane City at Peter Mokaba Stadium. His side lost that fixture by 3-2.

12 May 2018
Oupa Manyisa won his first ABSA Premiership trophy with Mamelodi Sundowns and also his first gold medal with the club at Dr Molemela Stadium.
