Thabo Nodada completed his brace and also sealed the win the win for the Citizens.

Peter Shalulile extended the lead for Brazilians. Sandile Khumalo reduced the deficit for Usuthu. With this match result, Themba Zwane became the second player this season to register a DStv Premiership hat-trick. Mamelodi Sundowns became the first team this season to reach double figures points in the DStv Premiership.
