Zethembiso Vilakazi reduced the deficit for the KwaZulu-Natal side. Nomfundo Xulu levelled matters for the KwaZulu-Natal side. Nandipha Booi completed her hat-trick through free-kick and also netted a winner for the Eastern Cape side. With this match result, City Lads Ladies have been promoted to the Hollywoodbets Super League.

The scoreline remained unchanged on the second half and the match went into penalties. Vasco Da Gama won 4-3 on penalties. With this match result, Vasco Da Gama Ladies have been promoted to the Hollywoodbets Super League.
