Linda Motlhalo levelled matters for Banyana Banyana through the penalty spot. Michelle Alozie netted a winner for the Super Falcons. With this match result, Nigeria are through to the final of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
Morocco 1-1 Ghana, Olympic Stadium
Stella Nyamekye opened the scoring for the scoring for the Black Queens. Ghana went into the halftime break leading by 1-0. Sakina Ouzraoui levelled matters for the Atlas Lionesses on the second half and her goal took the match to extra-time. The scoreline remained unchanged on extra-time and the match went into penalties. Morocco won 4-2 on penalties. With this match result, Morocco are through to the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
