Both sides went into halftime break levelled at 1-1 scoreline. The scoreline remained unchanged in the normal regulation time and the match went into extra-time. The hosts took the lead for the first time in this match through Rotondwa Mutsivhuli on the first half of the extra-time. Rotondwa Mutsivhuli completed his brace and also sealed the win for the hosts on the second half of the extra-time.
