The four Carling Black Label Cup teams that received the highest number of votes have been confirmed.
Those teams are Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and AmaZulu FC.

The above teams will be competing in the Carling Black Label Cup on 12 November 2022 at FNB Stadium.
