Both sides went into the halftime break levelled at 0-0. Onkarabile Moswane opened the scoring for the North West side. Sandile Mthembu levelled matters for the KwaZulu-Natal side. Matswetlane Ntsala restored the lead for the North West side through to the penalty spot. With this match result, North West University have been promoted to Motsepe Foundation Championship and Mkhambathi FC have been eliminated.

George Vaaltyn opened the scoring for the Northern Cape side. Edmilsin Chaney levelled matters for the Western Cape side. The Western Cape side took the lead for the first time in this match through Manelisi Ralasi. Caleb Avontuur added the third goal for the Western Cape side. Cole Schoeman added the fourth goal and also sealed the win for the Western Cape side. With this match result, NC Professionals have been eliminated and Sea Point Swifts have been promoted to Motsepe Foundation Championship.
