Casric 1-0 Acornbush United, Erica Park
David Matlala netted a winner for the North West side. With this match result, Casric secured their semi final spot.
Summerfield Dynamos 1-4 JDR Stars, Erica Park
Lazola Kunene was on the score sheet for the KZN side. Moeketsi Makhanya netted a brace for the Stars. Abel Moeketsi and Nkosana More were also on the score sheet for the Gauteng side. With this match result, JDR Stars have secured their semi final spot.
Hungry Lions 2-1 Tornado, Erica Park
Rapatsinyana Mohafeli opened the scoring for the Northern Cape side. Thokozani Ngubane levelled matters for the Eastern Cape side. Moses Spandeel netted a winner for the Lions.
Acornbush United, Summerfield Dynamos, Tornado and Mangaung United have been eliminated. JDR Stars, Hungry Lions and Casric secured semi-finals spots.

Both above matches will kick off at 10 am on 7 June 2019.
The semi final winners will be promoted to the National First Division.
