Rodney Maphangule opened the scoring for the visitors. The visitors went into the halftime break leading by 1-0. Tidimalo Molokwane doubled the lead for the Rise and Shine and it was his first goal for the club. Simphiwe Mcineka pulled one back for the Natal Rich Boys. With this match result, Richards Bay FC registered their first Betway Premiership defeat of the season and Polokwane City FC also registered registered their first Betway Premiership victory of the season.

Sphesihle Jeza opened the scoring for the hosts. The home side went into the halftime break leading by 1-0. Victor Letsoalo levelled matters for the visitors through the penalty spot. Vincent Pule restored the lead for Masele. Veluyeke Zulu levelled matters for the Rockets and it was his first goal for the club. With this match result, Siwelele FC and TS Galaxy registered their first Betway Premiership draw of the season.
