Youssef Ibrahim opened the scoring for the hosts. Seifeddine Jaziri increased the lead for the White Knight. The home side went into the halftime break leading by 2-0. Achraf Bencharki extended the lead for the hosts. Youssef Ibrahim completed his brace and also sealed the win for the White Knight. With this match result, Zamalek SC qualified for the CAF Champions League group stages. Tusker FC have been eliminated in the CAF Champions League and they also qualified for the CAF Confederations Cup.
