
Cape Town City Football Club have confirmed the departure of Roland Putsche.
The Austrian midfielder joined the Western Cape side at the beginning of 2016/17 season from the Wolfsberger AC. He is the long serving foreign player for the Citizen.
Cape Town have never lost a match whereby Roland Putsche found the back of the net.
Putsche won two trophies and also scored ten ABSA Premiership goals for the club in his last almost four years with the club.
His contract was supposed to end at the end of next season. however, he is leaving the club because he asked to be released from his contract so that he can return to his home country which is Austria at end of this season.
