Mfundo Vilakazi opened the scoring for the All-Stars.Ashley Du Preez doubled the lead for the All-Stars through the penalty spot. All-Stars went into the halftime break leading by 2-0. Mervin Boji pulled one back for the Stellies on the second half. With this match result, Carling All-Stars crowned 2024 Carling Cup champions.
