Ntlonelo Bomelo opened the scoring for the Natal Rich Boyz. Knox Mutizwa doubled the lead for the hosts and it was his first goal for the club. Azola Tshobeni reduced the deficit for the Chilli Boyz and it was his first goal for the club. Knox Mutizwa completed his brace and also added the third goal for the Natal Rich Boyz. The home side went into the halftime break leading by 3-1. Lundi Mahala added the fourth goal and also sealed the win for the Natal Rich Boyz on the second half. With this match result, Richards Bay FC are through to the quarter-finals of 2025 of Carling Knockout Cup and Chippa United registered their sixth of the season in all competitions.
Stellenbosch 0-0 Kaizer Chiefs, Cape Town Stadium

With this match result, Magesi FC are through to the quarter-finals of the 2025 Carling Knockout Cup and AmaZulu FC registered their third defeat of the season.
