Daine Klate who was in charge for only seven games at Chippa United has been shown the exit door by the Chairman.
The former Orlando Pirates player assumed the role at Chilli Boys in the beginning of the current season. He was hired upon his impressive performance with DStv Diski Challenge team last season
The club announced the arrival of Morgan Mammila who was listed as the assistant coach in their defeat against Mamelodi Sundowns on 7 September 2022.
Chippa had brought in Kurt Lentjies who steered the team away from relagation last season but he was ask to vacate the post for Klate, Lentjies is still under the Eastern Cape Premier Division side payroll.
Chippa United managed to win one game under Klate, drew two and lost four games and they remain bottom of the Dstv Premiership with only just 5 points.
