Bethuel Muzeu opened the scoring for the Brave Warriors through the penalty spot. Namibia went into the halftime break leading by 1-0. Erastus Kulula doubled the lead for the Brave Warriors. Bethuel Muzeu completed his brace and also tripled the lead for the Brave Warriors. Brandon Labrosse pulled one back for the Pirates. With this match result, Namibia are through to the semi-finals of the 2024 COSAFA Cup, Seychelles and Kenya have been eliminated in the 2024 COSAFA Cup.

Lehlohonolo Fothoane opened the scoring for Likuena. Laurindo Aurelio levelled matters for the Black Antelopes through the penalty spot. Both sides went into halftime break levelled at 1-1 scoreline. The Black Antelopes took the lead for the first time in this match through Victor Nanque. Valdemiro Domingos sealed the win for the Black Antelopes through the penalty spot. With this match result, Angola are through to the semi-finals of the 2024 COSAFA Cup and Lesotho have been eliminated in the 2024 COSAFA Cup.
