Maudy Mafuruse opened the scoring for Zimbabwean side. Egness Tumbare doubled the lead for the Zimbabwean side. Herentals Queens went into the halftime break leading by 2-0. Melody Chikore tripled the lead for the Zimbabwean side. Ndapewa Kateta pulled one back for the Namibian side.
With this match result, Herentals Queens won their first COSAFA Women’s Champions League match.
