Opa Tukumbuke tripled the lead for the Twiga Stars. Asimenye Simwaka pulled one back for the for the She-Flames. With this match result, Tanzania secured the 2022 COSAFA Women’s Championship semi-final spot. Malawi and Botswana have been eliminated.

Gaonyadiwe Ontlametse tripled the lead for the Mares. Gaonyadiwe Ontlametse added the fourth goal for the Mares. Tshegofatso Mosotho added the fifth goal for the Mares. Gaonyadiwe Ontlametse completed her hat-trick and sealed. With this match result, Bame Mokime kept a clean sheet for Botswana.
