Opa Tukumbuke tripled the lead for the Twiga Stars. Asimenye Simwaka pulled one back for the for the She-Flames. With this match result, Tanzania secured the 2022 COSAFA Women’s Championship semi-final spot. Malawi and Botswana have been eliminated.

Gaonyadiwe Ontlametse completed her hat-trick and sealed. With this match result, Bame Mokime kept a clean sheet for Botswana.
