Neo Maema opened the scoring for the hosts. The home side went into the halftime break leading by 1-0. Themba Zwane sealed the win for the Brazilians on the second half through the penalty spot. With this match result, Mamelodi Sundowns ended the two matches winning streak of Sekhukhune United.
