Both sides failed to find the back of the net after one hundred and twenty minutes of play. Uthongathi FC won 4-2 on penalties and KwaZulu-Natal side secured the 2022 Nedbank Cup Last 32 spot.

Quentin Debouto opened the scoring for Abantu Bemthetho through the penalty spot. The home side went into halftime break leading by 1-0. Siyabonga Mtombeni increased the lead for the hosts and it was his first goal for the club. Sizwe Sithole extended the lead for Abantu Bemthetho. Minenhle Dineka pulled one back for the Hammer Boyz and it was his first goal for the club. With this match result, TS Sporting secured their 2022 Nedbank Cup Last 32 spot.
Black Leopards 1-2 Free State Stars, Old Peter Mokaba Stadium
Thuso Moleleki opened the scoring for the visitors and it was his first goal for the club. The away side went into the halftime break leading by 1-0. Tsheamo Mashoene levelled matters for Lidoda Duvha and it was his first goal for the club. Maluleke Mathonsi netted a winner for Ea lla koto. With this match result, Free State Stars secured their 2022 Nedbank Cup Last 32 spot.
