Mbombela United was found guilty of fielding inegible player by the SAFA Arbitration Tribunal and the Mpumalanga club was sanctioned with a deduction of twenty three points.
The GladAfrica Championship match Mbombela United and TS Sporting dated 21 September 2019 was also forfeited. TS Sporting was awarded three points plus three goals.
Please note that those three points awarded to TS Sporting are part of those twenty three points deducted from Mbombela United .
