Igugu Le Kapa restored the lead through Pule Maraisane and it was his first goal for the club. Edwin Sitayitayi levelled matters for the Romans and it was his first PSL goal for the club. Three goals were scored on the second half. The scoreline remained unchanged in the extra-time. Pretoria Callies won 5-4 on penalties. With this match result, Pretoria Callies were the second side book the Nedbank Cup 2021 semi-final spot.
