Khuliso Mudau opened the scoring for the visitors. The away side went into the halftime break leading by 1-0. Thembinkosi Lorch doubled the lead for the Brazilians. Genino Palace pulled one back for the Stellies and it was his first goal for the club. With this match result, Mamelodi Sundowns are through to the 2024 Nedbank Cup Final which will be played at Mbombela Stadium on 1 June 2024.
