Premier Soccer League has adopted five substitutions until the end of 2019/20 season.
What does that means?

Team sheets will now consist of twenty (20) players instead of eighteen (18) players. Eleven (11) players will be on starting line up as usual and the remaining nine (9) players will be regarded as substitutes.
Five Substitutes
However, the team is allowed to make five substitutions during the normal time.
Fourth substitute
The league also has finally adopted the fourth substitution which is normally applied in the extra-time of the cup competitions. That now means, teams can make six substitutions in a cup competition until the end of the season.
