Somila Ntsundwana opened the scoring for the Natal Rich Boyz. Richards Bay FC went into the halftime break leading by 1-0. Tebogo Potsane levelled for Thwihli Thwahla on the second half. Royal AM won 7-6 on penalties.

Mlungisi Khumalo opened the scoring for the Cane Cutters. Tawanda Macheke levelled matters for the Team of Choice through the penalty spot. Both sides went into halftime break levelled at 1-1 scoreline. Fezile Gcaba restored the lead for the Cane Cutters. Ferdinand Nkwuda sealed the win for the Cane Cutters.
