Osinachi Ohale opened the scoring for the Super Falcons. Esther Okoronkwo doubled the lead for the Super Falcons. Chinwendu Ihezuo tripled the lead for the Super Falcons. Nigeria went into the halftime break leading by 3-0. Oluwatosin Demehin added the fourth goal for the Super Falcons. Folashade Ijamilusi added the fifth goal and also sealed the win for the Super Falcons. With this match result, Nigeria are through to the semi-finals of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
Morocco 3-1 Mali, Olympic Stadium
Ibtissam Jraidi opened the scoring for the Atlas Lionesses. Morocco went into the halftime break leading by 1-0. Ibtissam Jraidi completed her brace and also doubled the lead for the Atlas Lionesses through the penalty spot. Kenza Chapelle tripled the lead for the Atlas Lionesses. Aissata Traore pulled one back for the Female Eagles through the penalty spot. With this match result, Morocco are through to the semi-finals of 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
