Herentals Queens and University of the Western Cape booked their semi-finals spots of the 2024 COSAFA Women’s Champions League.

Ongos 2-1 Green Buffaloes, Mpira Stadium
Beverly Uueziua opened the scoring for the Namibian side. Twelikondjele Amukoto doubled the lead for the Namibian side. FC Ongos went into the halftime break leading by 2-0. Vanessa Chikupila pulled one back for the Zambian side on the second half. With this match result, Herentals Queens are through to the semi-finals of the 2024 COSAFA Women’s Champions League.
University of the Western Cape 2-1 Herentals Queens, Mpira Stadium
Both sides went into halftime break levelled at 0-0 scoreline. Noxolo Cesane opened the scoring for the South African side. Bongeka Gamede doubled the lead for the South African side. Alice Moyo pulled one back for the Zimbabwean side. With this match result, UWC are through to the semi-finals of the 2024 COSAFA Women’s Champions League, FC Ongos and Green Buffaloes have been eliminated.
